I recently spent a week in Maine on vacation with the manfriend and his family. This is something we try to do together at least once every year.
I absolutely love it there.
Mostly because I love the beach.
The sun, the sand, the ocean…
And TWO PIECE SWIMSUITS!
This year, I decided I wasn’t going to bother buying a new bathing suit. I mean, I already had several. But the universe clearly had other plans. I somehow found out that Brickyard Buffalo was having a flash sale. All swimwear was $5. Five dollars?! How could anyone pass that up?
I sure couldn’t.
There were quite a few choices but I basically already had my heart set on a two piece swimsuit with high waisted bottoms.
Why a two piece?
I have nothing against one pieces. To be honest it’s not even like I’m all that crazy about two piece swimsuits.
I just really like having the option to mix and match…
Plus, I still have two other tops I could rock these with. And when you add bottoms into the equation, I have even more bathing suit possibilities.

These are so cute! I absolutely hate swimsuit shopping, though, so I haven’t done it in years. I went to the beach with my own manfriend this past weekend and wore a one piece I’ve had for years… And while it was super cute, it was such a pain to wear and change out of into dry clothes to go home in. My next suit will be a two piece for sure!
Thank you! I got really lucky since I ordered this online, could have been a nightmare. I completely forgot about the hassle of changing out of one piece, not ideal.

I prefer two pieces, too! But that’s mostly because I’m a size smaller on top than I am on the bottom, so it makes it easier to shop for bathing suits that fit. I never really did mix & match before, but you’re totally rocking it!
