Just some of the alternate titles I considered using for this blog post.
In what feels like another life, I was a personal trainer, I taught Spinning classes and thoroughly enjoyed working out.
That was so long ago that I forgot what it took to get that level of physically fit.

I saw an ad for the POPSUGAR CLASS FITSUGAR event with celebrity fitness trainer Adam Rosante, presented by C9 by Champion and Target. In Boston. I’m in Massachusetts a lot and I’m pretty much always up for free events, so I figured why not.
About all of ten minutes into the training session and I felt dizzy, out of breath, and like I was was legitimately going to die if I didn’t take a break and sit down. I’m sure it didn’t help that I didn’t eat breakfast, but seriously doubt that it would have made much of a difference.
Don’t get me wrong, the event itself was amazing. There was a live DJ, it was well organized and, despite almost passing out, a lot of fun.
Skinny does not mean healthy. #classfitsugar Click To TweetI definitely needed the wake up call.
Any workouts you recommend?
I LOVE FitSugar, but WOW. Just looking at what they post is exhausting sometimes. I just started taking Barre and Adult Ballet classes at my local dance studio, and it doesn’t take 5 minutes for me to start schvitzing.
I did ballet growing up, but I don’t know if I could handle it now. Power to you!
